haa sampai dah hari jumaat hee hari ni xdak latihan moto hee lega aku xpyh penat2 tunggu dah kan haha hari ni aku tnya mak aku nak masak ap"mama2 ahri ni nak masak apa"mama pon jawap"mama nak masak lemak pucuk manis"waduhhhh3 sedap giloo lama aku xmakan oww hehe xsiap lagi dh terliur kod...hee tapi TIBA2 heheheheheh aku terpikir nak buat sambal belacan muahhhh sedapnyaa ok mama kata nk buat laa aku pon ap tunggu lagi lagi amek cabai dlm peti ais n mula menumbuk hee 30minit kemudian hahaha lama bebenor kan xdak la smpy setengah jaa kejap jaa siap lah SAMBAL BELACAN AKU hikhikhik ok tutt tutttt mama aku goreng ikan pulakk waduhh tgk ikan goreng mengingatkan aku kpd air asam..wahh bertambah sedap2 menu ary ni ann ok mama kata buat laa air aam aku pon buat,pastuu da siap hahahahhahaah ada lagi knalah ad ikan masin baru sedap lagi.okeee goreng ikan masin hehehe..haaaa jngn lupa satu lagi papedum..walawehhhhhhh aku nk makan xsabaq dah nii..hehehhehe...makanan sume ah siap ad lagi yg xsiap air xkn nk amkan dgn air kosong ja kod kan msti laa air ais..aku pon buat laa air limau kasturi..muahhh sume menu masam2 jaa ary ni ann..mmg sedap lahh aku makan tambah 0oooo..tgk3 mcm na berat bdn xbertambah tapi nk buat mcm na xleh tahan menu sedap sgt laa..hehhe..kasihan kaka2 aku ahhahahha depa dok u xboleh merasa masakkan mama aku..hahhaha kata kat org tak lama aku pon nk ikod jejak depa dah ni..hehhehhe xm0oooo....lek2 msa bnyak lagi dok buat kalot kan..hahhha ok lah nak pi makan skali lagi hahahha gegeh aku ni..ok mcm biasa tata titi tutu..

Sambal Belacan
Ingredients
- 5 finger length chilli, deseeded
- 3 chilli padi aka bird’s eye chilli (no need to deseed – for the heat; omit or adjust to your preference)
- 30g belachan, toasted in a dry pan
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tbsp lime juice from small limes (calamansi)
- 1/8 tsp salt

Tools Needed
A mini blender/food processor OR mortar & pestle

Directions
1. In a blender, grind chillis and belachan. You can also pound the ingredients using a mortar & pestle.
2. Transfer blended paste to a small bowl. Add sugar, lime juice and salt to taste. Stir to mix well. You can store the chilli in refrigerator for one week or so. It can be used as a chilli condiment or in stir fries.
